- Custom internal format of SCANNY3D
- Vector formats (3D): DXF, STL, ASCII, IGES, STEP (configurable by the operator)
- 3D colour (texture) formats: 3DM (Rhinoceros), VRML, OBJ, PLY (configurable by the operator)
- 2D raster formats (Image capturing): BMP, JPG
- 3D animation formats (Video capturing): AVI, MPG, PDF-3D, WebGL
